The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the free shuttle between our apartment and the main area / driving range, which we took a handful of times in a few hours. We got a complimentary upgrade and the room was spacious and comfortable, and had a great view of the golf course. It was a great stay for a few friends. We would definitely come back!

The grounds were beautifully landscape and clean.The first attendants that greeted us when we pulled up in our Jeep to the entrance were exceptionally friendly. Once in the front desk area on check-in the staff was very professional in explaining all about what they resort had to offer us and had a very warm approach toward us.

Staff was friendly and courteous. We are very happy going there and will return. The pool had nice lounge chairs with umbrellas and plenty of towels. The restaurant server was very nice and appropriate. We have no complaints. Also, in the end we ordered 2 rooms for our family and ended up with a nice condo which was a bonus!

We didn't get a chance to use the additional opportunities it offered like the golf, pool, spa, but we definitely saw this place as a getaway for a small family since it has a little bit for everyone.

We owned a house at Silverado for ten years and we have always loved the resort. The mansion rooms are very nice and the private outdoor space was great. We paid for the spa day so that we could swim in the bigger pool and it was well worth it. The mansion bar has excellent servers too.
